The Workforce Development and Expungement Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Workforce Development Curriculum across all programming platforms. They oversee the coordination of member completion of workforce development classes (reentry court participants) and the implementation/administration of Enhanced Workforce Development Curriculum (teaching, data tracking, case management). The Coordinator inputs data into Delaware Job Link for employment verification and program progress notes (construction labor). Also included in this position is the coordination with employers for job placement and outreach (30-60-90-day case reviews with employers). They assist with the management of data outcomes and performance metrics as needed.
Additionally, the position provides technical support for expungement and pardon applicants in the State of Delaware working with partnering state agencies.
Work involves creating word processing documents, creating and maintaining databases, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, creating original presentations typically using a standardized software package such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. Creating and producing these support documents requires applying advanced technology skills. Depending on the assignment, work may require an employee to serve as a Notary Public.
